• Blockchain Network Risks: Network congestion, system failures, or consensus mechanism errors may impact transactions.
• Smart Contract Risk: Smart contracts may contain coding errors, vulnerabilities, or exploits leading to financial loss.
• Cybersecurity Risks: Despite security measures, unauthorized access, hacking, or phishing attacks may occur.
• Private Key Management: The safekeeping of login credentials and private keys is solely the User’s responsibility. Loss of keys may result in the permanent loss of access to tokens or assets.
• System Interruptions: Platform downtime, maintenance, or third-party service interruptions may affect availability.

Propti shall not be held liable for any loss resulting from technical issues, software defects, or user mismanagement of credentials.

All Users are strongly encouraged to obtain independent advice from qualified legal, financial, tax, and investment professionals before engaging with any tokenized asset offering on the Platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Propti and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or in connection with:

• Security breaches, hacks, or smart contract vulnerabilities;
